  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

2. Food & Beverages (Perishable Items)

  • Due to their perishable nature, returns or exchanges must be requested within 1 day of delivery .

  • Items must remain sealed, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return or exchange.

3. Electronics & Electrical Appliances

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 calendar days of receipt, provided items are unused and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Please follow the manufacturer’s installation guidelines to prevent damage.

  • If operational issues arise after use, please contact the warranty provider directly for support.

4. Custom-Made Products

  • Customized products (e.g., tailored or printed promotional materials, custom prints on fabrics/papers, commissioned fabrications, or specific product sizing) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once the initial sample is approved.

  • The company will only replace a custom-made product if the final version significantly deviates from the specifications outlined in the approved sample .

  • We strongly recommend reviewing and approving the sample carefully to ensure it meets your expectations.

Important Notes

  • Returns or exchanges may be denied if the items do not meet the stated conditions.

  • Shipping costs for returns and exchanges will be the customer’s responsibility, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part .
