Return Policy


●     We're happy to accept returns for any item purchased within 14 days, as long as it's in its original condition and packaging, including all consumables and accessories. If the item meets these requirements, we can either exchange it for a different item or issue a full refund.

  ●     Please make sure to include all accessories and free gifts when returning an item.

 ●     To ensure food safety, please check that packages are not opened and in perfect condition before accepting delivery. If you decide to return a food or beverage item (Milk, Coffee, Water, Soda...) please contact us on the same day of delivery. We can only accept returns if the item is unopened and in perfect condition.

 ●     If you suspect that an item you purchased from the electronics department has a manufacturing defect, you must contact the manufacturer or an authorized agent and request a technical report. We will not be able to process a return or refund for a manufacturing defect unless we have a copy of the technical report.

 Note: Please check that packages are in good condition before accepting Delivery. If you notice any damage, please contact us immediately.

 

Exceptions:

 The following conditions will prevent us from accepting returns:

 ●     Opened food and beverage items.

●     Items that have been used or damaged.

●     Customised Or Special Items as long as delivered items are similar to the approved sample.

●     Items that are not in their original condition or packaging.

●     Electronics such as computers, laptops, cameras, and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged if the package has been opened. However, if the item is found to have a manufacturing defect, we will be happy to exchange it or provide a refund, provided that you submit a technical report from the manufacturer or an authorised agent.

 

How to Return an Item:

 ●     If you need to return an item for a refund or exchange, please contact your dedicated account manager. We will issue a credit note once we have received the item and confirmed that it meets our return policy requirements.
