Return and Exchange Policy


 

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our services. To facilitate this, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:


Stationery, Cleaning Products & Materials:

  • You may return or exchange unopened and unused items within 14 calendar days of receiving them.
  • Returned products must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.


Food & Drinks (Edible Products):

  • Due to the perishable nature of these items, requests for returns or exchanges must be made within one day of delivery.
  • Products must be sealed and unopened in their original packaging to qualify for return or exchange.


Electronics & Electrical Appliances:

  • You may return or exchange unopened and unused items within 14 calendar days of receiving them.
  • Returned products must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Please ensure you follow the manufacturer's instructions for installation.
  • If you encounter operational issues after use, please contact the warranty provider directly for assistance.


Custom-Made Products including tailored or printed promotional materials, customized prints on fabrics or papers, and commissioned fabrications or sizing of products, are not eligible for returns or exchanges once the client has provided approval for the initial sample.

The company will only replace products in the event that the final product deviates from the specifications outlined and approved in the initial sample.

We recommend carefully reviewing and approving the initial sample to ensure the final product meets your expectations.

 

Please Note:

  • We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges for items that do not meet the above conditions.
  • The client will bear any shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging items, unless the return is due to our company error.
